Welcome page!

Hi, first off, welcome to my blog!

The title of my blog “Eri no Machi” basically means “Eri’s town” in Japanese - I was trying to  be slightly anonymous. Not really. Haha. Eri is my Japanese name – I am known as “Eri-chan” by the fam. I thought it could be fun to start blogging again, and decided that I really liked wordpress! It’s nice and easy to use even for novices like me!

This blog would probably not be too different from my old one – i.e. mainly stuff that I find interesting (which is usually nonsense) in the form of musings (rather than formal writings); or photos (please don’t expect whoaa shots from my amateur/shaky handling of my trusty Casio Exilim) and/or YouTube, links etc.

As my intended readers would probably be friends who know (and love) and put up with my BS, *waves to friends*, I suppose this blog would kind of be my way of showing them the jist of what I get up to. Generally speaking, I am pretty low-key and I don’t lead a particularly salacious life so if you get bored, feel free to read my other friends’ blogs using the links!

My personal interests are usually to do with uni work (anything to do with the environment – either natural or built). Music. Books. Coffee. So technically, I could survive in a Borders. I also love spending time and keeping in contact with my family and friends. So those would probably be the general themes of what I blog about.
